Application of Baiclean on potatoes

In the production of minituber potatoes, Before transplanting from the tubes, Soak the seedlings with Baiclean (3% oligo saccharin) 300 times dilition rate for 20 minutes, it will quicken the rooting and enlarge the root system. After the rejuvenation period, spray with Baiclean 500 times dilition rate on the seedbed for 2~3 times, it can prevent the soil- borne diseases. Compare to the left picture, the right picture shows the 5th day of the seedling which has been soaked with Baiclean 300 times dilition rate for 20 minutes – fast recovering, the leaves grow well and the hair roots appear early：

Pull out the seedling that with the similar conditions upper ground and check the root system, The new roots appears early (in the left picture the crop has been used Baiclean 300 times dilution rate, the white organization on the root tip appears early, right picture as contrast), the secondary hair roots are more.

The potatoes field production: Baiclean can prevent black scurf. Application methods are as follows. Use Baiclean 2250~ 3000ml/ hec. For furrow spray with the seeder, it helps prevention of black scurf and root growth. If there is no furrow spray facility, spray Baiclean 100~200 times dilution rate on the potato seed tubes, wet and banlanced. Then blend talcum powder (thiophanate-methyl 2kgs + talcum powder 98 kgs, balance blended. Use 0.75~1 kg per 50 kgs seed tubes). Another method is to cut the seed tubes and set into a mesh bag, soak into the prepared formulation (thiophanate-methyl+ streptomycin or zhongshengmecin+ Baiclean 200~300 times dilution rate) for 5~10 seconds. Then stack in an order of crossing shape with interspaces. Sow after 36 hours. This method is for districts where winds a lot in spring, the seed tubes should be fully aired and do not sow just after soaking.
